Gregory Jewellers enjoys an enviable reputation for exquisite craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. With over 50 years experience and a growing chain of retail stores across the country, they’re one of Australia’s most recognised and trusted brands for fine jewellery and diamonds.
Gregory approached Frank Digital to reimagine their online presence with a focus on seamless UX, beautiful design and a forward-thinking eCommerce experience.
After an in-depth discovery phase, we crafted a solution centred around beautiful product presentation and simple, clear search & filtering solutions that surface accurate and relevant results in real-time, while also making clever suggestions for associated purchases. We adjusted our navigation and filtering options to make the most of Algolia Search and Woo Commerce features, enabling customers to shop by ‘brand’, ‘collection’, category’ or ‘price’ and ensuring all options are easily accessible and optimised across both desktop and mobile.
The website launched in early 2020, breaking sales records and recovering the entire cost of the project in less than three months. Delivering outstanding insights into customer engagement, purchasing habits and stock levels, the platform has enabled Gregory Jewellers to achieve incredible growth during some of the most challenging years ever faced by retailers.
